Parkway Capital Announces Investment in Stokes Counseling

Parkway Capital (“Parkway”) is pleased to announce an investment in EBH Counseling Management, LLC (dba Stokes Counseling) (“Stokes” or the “Company”). Parkway invested subordinated debt and equity in supporting the recapitalization of Stokes led by Eads Bridge Holdings (“EBH”) and management.

Founded in 2011, Stokes provides mental health counseling to individuals, families, couples, and groups in the state of Connecticut. Headquartered in Naugatuck, CT, Stokes offers in-person and telehealth counseling services to its patients. The Company specializes in treating depression, anxiety, and PTSD with particular expertise in tailoring care for individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and families experiencing foster care or adoption challenges. In partnering with the management team and Eads Bridge Holdings, Parkway is excited to support the Company’s growth initiatives.
